Welcome to ApexCode. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order. These terms create a binding agreement between ApexCode and you (the customer).

1. Purpose of the Website

ApexCode is an online platform dedicated to providing low-cost, worthful, and innovative academic projects. We specialize in ECE, EEE, Software, Hardware, IT, and Website development projects tailored for Diploma, B.Tech, and other academic requirements. Our goal is to provide students and learners with ready-to-use, reliable, and unique projects that help in practical learning.

2. Order Placement & Payment Policy

Customers are required to pay 25% of the total project cost in advance at the time of placing an order. The advance payment confirms your booking and initiates the project development process. The remaining 75% balance must be paid before final delivery of the project. Payments once made are non-refundable in case of project cancellation by the customer.

3. Project Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Once a project is confirmed and the development work has started, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customers are requested to carefully review their project requirements before confirming. ApexCode reserves the right to cancel or reject an order if the provided requirements are unclear, misleading, or inappropriate.

4. Project Development & Delivery

Projects will be developed as per the specifications provided by the customer during order placement. Any major changes in requirements after confirmation may result in additional charges. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order. However, delivery time may vary based on project complexity. ApexCode is committed to timely delivery, but delays may occur due to technical or external reasons. In case of unavoidable delays, customers will be notified promptly.

5. Pricing & Cost Transparency

ApexCode ensures that all projects are offered at affordable prices without compromising quality. All charges, including customization fees (if any), will be communicated clearly before starting the project. Hidden charges will never be applied.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All projects delivered by ApexCode are meant strictly for educational and academic purposes only. Customers are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our projects without prior written consent. ApexCode retains ownership of source code, hardware designs, and related materials until full payment is made.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide clear, accurate, and complete requirements while placing the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their requirements comply with their academic or institutional guidelines. ApexCode will not be responsible for rejection by colleges/universities due to incorrect project selection by the customer.

8. Support & Assistance

ApexCode provides basic installation and usage guidance for all projects. Limited technical support is available post-delivery for fixing small issues related to the project. Additional modifications, maintenance, or upgrades will be chargeable.

9. Refund & Replacement Policy

Advance payments (25%) are non-refundable. If ApexCode fails to deliver the project within the promised timeline (without valid reasons), customers may request a refund. Refunds are only applicable in cases where the fault lies entirely with ApexCode.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ApexCode respects customer privacy and ensures that personal details such as name, email, phone number, and project details are kept confidential. Customer information will never be sold or shared with third parties except for essential services like payment processing. Amendments to Terms ApexCode reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly for updated policies.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chittoor District Courts, Andhra Pradesh. Customers agree to resolve disputes through discussion before taking legal action.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with ApexCode, you acknowledge and accept all the Terms & Conditions listed here. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested not to proceed with any order.
